He managed to finish his degree in dentistry from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine when the season wasn’t going on. He graduated in 1973 after studying during six off seasons. He might have retired from the NFL, but this four-time Pro Bowl player did not fade away from the spotlight. No, we do not mean that Eddie George is a football analyst. After playing on the field, he got the opportunity to put his acting classes to use when he got on the theater stage. He has performed in numerous local Shakespeare productions. You might have even seen him on the Broadway stage when he played Billy Flynn in a production of Chicago.
