We rounded up 18 Hollywood stars who have turned to crazy expensive cosmetic surgery to ensure they always look their damn best.

Ahh, Destiny’s Child star, Kelly Rowland, I will always have a soft spot for you. Even though she’s over 35, she looks amazing…of course that’s thanks to a plastic surgeon. Rowland had breast implants and a small nose job. This is small change compared to what other stars have done.

Long before Julie Chen became the face of CBS News and Big Brother, she was just a small time reporter in Dayton, Ohio. But when Chen was only 25 years old, she had cosmetic surgery to make her eyes wider and appear more open. Chen had the surgery as she didn’t want it to stop her from having a successful career since she looked very “Asian.” Whatever the reason, she is a super successful reporter!

Fox is drop dead gorgeous and her acting career is amazing, both The Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise are just some of my favorites. Fox spent over $8,000 on breast implants, raised eyebrows, cheek augmentation, lip fillers and Botox. While we don’t think she needs it whatsoever, we totally think she looks amazing.

Posh Spice is drop dead gorgeous, always was and always will be in my opinion. This ’80s star graced our presence with films such as Top Gun and When Harry Met Sally, she is a lady of class. Unfortunately, she hasn’t aged well. Therefore, Ryan is constantly consulting plastic surgeons to get her looks ‘just right’. She’s had over $12,000 worth of plastic surgery, this includes a face and neck lift, cheek fillers, and just too much Botox. I almost feel sorry for her.

Heaton is almost unrecognizable since her days of being the hilarious actress on Everybody Loves Raymond. She won a pair of Emmy’s for her role on this show, quite the achievement. Kim’s very public life on the show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and her highly publicized marriage to Kanye West, we really aren’t so surprised that Kardashian has had cosmetic surgery. She’s spent over $16,500 on laser hair removal, nose surgery, Botox on her eyebrows, lip fillers, and skin tightening, and most importantly, her bum. That’s right, Kim has butt implants, as if you haven’t noticed her round and juicy bum?

Then to stay on top of game and get more roles, she spent over $26,000 on surgery. Breast implants, jaw reconstruction, Botox and nose surgery are all on the list. So much for natural beauty, eh.

Lepore is an icon for transsexuals and we so admire that, what we don’t admire is just how poorly her surgeries have come out. Breast augmentations, butt implants, and she had her ribs broken intentionally to reduce the size of her waist – the list goes on, racking up a bill of, well we don’t know. All we can do is assume that it’s crazy expensive. Recently, Lepore has come out and said that she’s really happy with how she looks, so that counts for something I guess.

It’s almost sad to have to include Demi Moore on this list, but we have to. Moore is not ashamed of her plastic surgery, whatsoever, she even said that they help keep her active and keep her acting career alive. I’m not sure if we can justify the $500,000 she’s spent but she’s happy with the result, even if she looks so different today.

I just don’t even know what to say, so I’ll let the pictures do the talking for a second. Jocelyn Wildenstein spent over $2 MILLION to look like a cat so that her husband would be happy because that’s what he wanted. Unfortunately, it didn’t help, her husband left her. I feel sorry for her and I can only hope she’s happy.
